2020 was an extraordinary and unforgettable year. Starting with the sudden outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic at the beginning of the year, the company’s production and daily operations were severely disrupted. Operations gradually recovered in mid-year, followed by a strong surge in orders by the end of the year. The team optimized and upgraded the automatic glazing production line of the Sihui Glazing Workshop, boosting production efficiency by 253% and saving approximately RMB 50,000 in labor costs annually. The product qualification rate increased by 8%, while operational safety was significantly enhanced and production procedures effectively simplified.
Chen Haowen | Lighting Technology Department
He optimized multiple product structures, cutting product costs by 17.86% and achieving a total cost reduction of RMB 200,000 in 2020. His in-depth product upgrades further raised the product qualification rate by 10-12%, bringing an additional RMB 240,000 in annual cost savings.
Tang Guiyang | Lighting Manufacturing Department
By improving the production process of traditional products, he increased the efficiency of the riveting process by 25%, raised the product qualification rate by 4.3%, and effectively reduced employees’ labor intensity.
The team optimized the rear cover locking process for the K512X product, lifting production efficiency by 62.5% and saving RMB 21,200 in labor costs. The upgraded blister process for customized products reduced labor expenses by RMB 13,240. Meanwhile, they independently designed and installed safety foolproof devices for the switch box and wire workshop, greatly reducing occupational injury risks.
Liu Guo / Ni Quan’an | Human Resources Center
They independently completed the leakage repair construction for the office building and Jianyin Building roof, saving RMB 16,500 in construction costs compared with outsourced services.
