Upholding the spirit of challenging higher goals, the Lighting Planning Department overcame numerous difficulties in 2020 and delivered outstanding performance in order fulfillment and inventory control. The division’s annual output increased by 10% year-on-year, with the required delivery completion rate reaching 99.99% and the confirmed delivery completion rate hitting 100.2%. Meanwhile, inventory volume decreased by 20% year-on-year.
The team features strong cohesion and collective honor, and has long been recognized as a model unit for 6S office management. With a solid overall situation awareness and core responsibility awareness, team members always rush to the frontline without hesitation in emergencies such as factory waterlogging, prioritizing corporate property protection over personal interests, setting an excellent example for all staff.
