On April 22, a 10‑member delegation led by Deputy County Magistrate Wen Jin of Xinhua County, Loudi City, together with officials from the Investment Promotion Bureau of Xinhua High‑tech Zone and representatives of leading local enterprises in Xinhua, visited Kangrong Hi‑Tech for inspection and guidance.
As the home base for Kangrong and the location of Oudi Company, Xinhua has long provided vital support for Kangrong Hi‑Tech’s development. This visit constituted a return trip following the earlier visit to Xinhua by Kangrong Hi‑Tech’s Chairman and senior management of Oudi Company. It also marked an important government‑enterprise exchange amid special circumstances.
Both sides held in‑depth discussions regarding the current operation and industrial‑upgrading plans of the Oudi Industrial Park in Xinhua. Chairman Xue explained that traditional ceramics have gained much higher added value and market vitality through industrialization, automation, standardization and digital transformation, driving continuous industrial upgrading.
Deputy County Magistrate Wen briefed the group on Xinhua’s heritage of industrial ceramics and daily‑use ceramics. He highlighted the pool of master artisans for daily‑use ceramics, government support policies and incentive measures for leading enterprises. He also mentioned that the Xinhua County Government supports Oudi Company in building an industrial study‑and‑research base. Overall planning is required for new factory buildings, staff dormitories and investment in daily‑use ceramic projects.
Chairman Xue responded that priority will be given to constructing staff dormitories and improving working environments. This practice embodies Kangrong Hi‑Tech’s corporate philosophy of “Revere Natural Principles, Uphold Innate Conscience”, and fulfills the first item of the company’s mission: “To pursue material and spiritual well‑being for our employees”.
During the meeting, Chairman Xue further exchanged views with two leading enterprises from Xinhua. In‑depth conversations covered product portfolios, corporate development plans, customer resources, university‑enterprise cooperation and potential business collaboration opportunities.
In closing, Chairman Xue and Deputy County Magistrate Wen shared perspectives on enterprise development, government support and cooperation among leading enterprises. They put forward suggestions for further improvement and reached preliminary consensus.
