To further promote corporate culture construction, build a professional skill competition platform, and create a favorable environment for high-skilled talents to grow and excel, the Trade Union Committee of Guangdong Kangrong Hi-Tech New Materials Co., Ltd. organized a company-wide skills competition from September 19 to September 23. The event involved the Lighting Manufacturing Department, Mold Manufacturing Department, Lighting Technology Department, Lighting Development Department, and New Material R&D Center, and officially concluded on the afternoon of September 23.
The competition covered 7 professional events with nearly 150 employees participating. After nearly one week of intense competition, 12 technical staff won individual awards and 20 teams received group honors, fully demonstrating the professional demeanor and craftsmanship of Kangrong employees.

The closing and award ceremony was held on September 23. Chairman Xue, Executive General Manager Xiao Ruiliang, and New Material R&D Center Director Tang Haihong attended the ceremony and presented awards to all winning individuals and teams.
The skills competition has effectively improved the professional capabilities of the company’s technical personnel and helped build a high-level, high-quality and high-performance skilled talent team. All instructors, judges and participants identified their own shortcomings through competition and practical training.
