In 1989, Mr. Xue Xirong first read *The Secrets Behind the Rise of Kyocera*, which brought him into lifelong connection with Kazuo Inamori. Since founding his company, he has consistently applied these principles to his personal conduct and business management; whenever one of Inamori’s books is published, he is sure to purchase and study it immediately.
In 2010, through an introduction by Mr. Makoto Fukui—a former chairman of the Kyocera labor union—he met Professor Cao Xiuyun and joined the Wuxi Seiwajuku. Entrusted by Professor Cao with the task of establishing the Guangdong Seiwajuku, he spared no effort in coordinating and organizing the initiative to secure an opportunity for a face-to-face meeting with Mr. Inamori, ultimately assembling a Guangdong delegation of nearly sixty people. On June 11 of that same year, he led the delegation to Beijing for the conference, where he met Mr. Inamori, fulfilling a long-cherished wish of more than 20 years, and successfully invited Mr. Inamori to attend the Guangzhou lecture the following year. Subsequently, he joined forces with several other founders to prepare for the Guangzhou lecture and was elected as the first Chairman of the Guangdong Seiwajuku.

In 2011, under the leadership of Chairman Xue Xirong, the Guangzhou Seminar on Kazuo Inamori’s Management Philosophy was successfully held, bringing together nearly 2,000 entrepreneurs from China and abroad. Kazuo Inamori personally unveiled the plaque for the Guangdong Shenghe Juku, and CCTV’s “Dialogue” program filmed an on-site report, establishing a platform for the business community to study management philosophy and explore business principles together.

In 2013, Chairman Xue visited the Sixth Patriarch Temple, where he was first introduced to Wang Yangming’s School of Mind; beginning in 2016, he formally embarked on a path of systematic study, deepening his knowledge through both the Shenghe Academy and the “Seeking the True Knowledge” learning platform, thereby integrating the philosophy of Inamori with Wang Yangming’s School of Mind.
In 2023, together with a group of fellow practitioners, he founded the Mingxin Academy in Foshan, dedicated to spreading the traditional Chinese culture and business philosophy of “Zhilangzhi.” Moving from self-cultivation to benefiting all under heaven, he promotes the wisdom of the sages and saints in this altruistic community, bringing widespread benefit to all sentient beings.
