From 2010 to 2011, Chairman Xue Xirong studied《The Great Wisdom of Leaping Forward in a Recession》《The Art of Living》 and 《The Autobiography of Kazuo Inamori》. Drawing on Inamori’s management philosophy, he advanced a diversified business strategy. Building on the company’s core business in advanced ceramics, he capitalized on market trends to expand into both upstream and downstream segments of the industry chain. He accurately assessed that new electronic ceramic materials represented a strategic national priority with significant potential for domestic substitution and long-term growth prospects. Acting decisively, he established a presence in the field of core substrates for electronic components, founding Sihui Kangrong New Materials Co., Ltd. and Changsha Kangrong New Materials Co., Ltd.
Thanks to forward-looking strategic planning, electronic ceramics have now become a core growth driver for the Group. With mature processes, consistent quality, and continuously expanding production capacity, the product portfolio covers electronic ceramic substrates, ceramic resistor housings, ceramic fuse tubes, and other categories, serving numerous globally renowned clients. This achievement fully attests to Chairman Xue Xirong’s long-term strategic vision, precise judgment, and the power of Inamori’s management philosophy.
In 2017, he established the corporate creed “Respect the Principles of Heaven, Follow One’s Conscience” and the Kangrong Core Philosophy 2.0.
