The process primarily employs dry pressing, utilizing advanced servo-driven forming presses; we have developed talc-based ceramic materials with enhanced toughness, as well as high-strength aluminum oxide materials.
Using the dry-pressing process, we have developed several ceramic brackets with complex structures.
We have supplied our products to several major automotive industry giants.
The toughened talc-based ceramic material has an average strength of 177 MPa, far exceeding the performance requirements for German C221 ceramic and the domestic standard for talc-based ceramics, which is set at over 140 MPa.
Certified under the IATF 16949 system,
